I have answerd yes and checked for update - none are available. If you dont have MS Office or if you have lots of DOC files to convert to PDF, you might find it easier to use a free online converter like Zamzar. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. When I tried to convert it to PDF, through Word, the PDF Maker started and the progress bar showed about 1/4 done, and then a prompt window opened "Microsoft Office Word has encountred a problem and needs to close." Word closes and another prompt window displays " Word experienced a serious problem with the 'acrobat pdfmaker office com addin' add-in. ![]()
